今天，是我放寒假以来，起的最早的一次，原因是因为我那个“可爱”的弟弟又生病了，我们得早早起床去医院做检查。
我原本在昨天晚上老妈催我睡觉时答应她明天一定会早起的，可是是我太高估自己了，真正到第二天早上时我摁掉了闹钟继续睡觉，妈妈特别的生气，我晚起了15分钟，还好我们赶过去的时候负责检查的叔叔还在。
其实我觉得，这也不能完全怪我，每晚我都想早早的睡，可当我想睡的时候，我们家还没熄灯，到了他们要睡觉的时候我又睡不着哦，很痛苦啊！于是我就会起来干点自己喜欢的事情，不然就这样干睁着眼很浪分时间，于是日复一日，我越睡越晚，起床时间自然也越来越晚，现在突然这样让我早早的起床我也吃不消啊。
所以我决定，不再恶性循环下去了，我要慢慢养成早睡早起的好习惯，就从今晚开始，稍微早点上床睡觉，明天不再睡懒觉，就算困也要坚持住。

我起了一个大早，6点钟就赶到了游泳馆，姥姥和其它小朋友来时，我在外面玩了很长一段时间。
9点20分，我站在出发台上。出发枪声响了，我快速跃入池中，猛劲地划水，猛劲地打腿，终点时都游不动了，成绩49秒，不错。
下午3点钟，我全力赛仰泳，一路领先，小组第一，成绩52秒，快吧！
还有最高兴的事，去年我的仰泳居然得了第八名，奖了一个游泳镜，还发一个漂亮的证书呢！
今天真是高兴！

今天，我参加蛙泳和蝶泳两项比赛，都是50米短距离的。

谁知天不遂人愿，今天轮到我扫地，“唉——孙哥我时运不济呀！”但是，对于我这种逃避扫地的“老油条”，对付那些“*庸无能”的扫地同伴那可是绰绰有余的。

大学是人生的关键阶段。这是因为，进入大学是一生中第一次放下高考的重担，开始追逐自己的理想、兴趣，是第一次离开家庭生活，独立参与团体和社会生活，是第一次不再单纯地学习或背诵书本上的理论知识，而是有机会在学习理论的同时亲身实践。同时这也是一生中许多“最后一次”：最后一次有机会系统性地接受教育，最后一次能够全心建立知识基础，最后一次能在相对宽容的、可以置身其中学习为人处世之道的理想环境。在这个阶段里，我们要认真把握每一个第一次，让它们成为未来人生道路的基石;也逃珍惜每一个最后一次，不让自己在不远的将来追悔莫及。
对于大一的学习，一般以基础知识为主。要注重学习重点与方向的定位与把握，培养树立正确的学习态度，既然选择了这个专业，就要一门心思地去学习，不能只满足于60分万岁。我认为方法、时间和心态是大学学习成功与否的关键。

其中提高自学能力，在很大程度上决定了能否把知识学通学活，这就需要把握住几个主要环节：预习、听课、复*结、作业。预习可以把握听课主动权，知识不完全是靠老师教会的，而是在老师的引导下，靠自己主动的思维活动去获取的，而上课专注听讲、及时完成作业则有助于提高效率，达到事半功倍的效果。
在时间安排方面，除了上课、学生工作、社团活动外，其余的时间机动性很大，大学生活越丰富多彩，时间分割的"就越细，适当利用零散时间充实自己，把劲儿使在刀刃上，也可以提高学习效率。
再就是心态方面。效率的提高，很大程度上决定于学习以外的其它因素，如人际关系、生活习惯等等，这些都影响着一个人的心境。积极参与各种集体活动，如团日活动，校园文化节系列活动等等，以一种热情乐观的生活态度去对待周围的人和事，营造一个轻松的氛围，对一个人的工作与学习都是很有帮助的。
